This is a really rad video of a collaboration between elementary students and Google. I love how they took the students’ imagination and used technology to create a visual story of their imagined creations. The wonder and awe in the students’ eyes and voices in the video was really inspiring.
It was also neat to get glimpses of the 826 Valencia space. It’s located in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district. Which happens to be the same district I lived in the first year I lived out in San Francisco. And as Dave Chappelle once pointed out in a standup routine, there’s nothing tender about that place. Really cool to see that such an inspiring place exists in that place.
