I’ve built an Instagram hashtag syndicating event app, that transformed into an Instagram printing business. Released one of the first themes for the Ghost publishing platform. Built a somewhat successful Shopify app, built an online programming community, worked on countless products, projects and services, some of which have never seen the light of day.
I share this list not to draw attention to myself or gloat, but to simply share the fact that even after all of these things I’ve built, it still scares me to create something new and put it out into the world.
I fear rejection, I fear letting people down, I fear the uphill battles.
But I still create and put myself and my creations out into the world, because it makes me feel alive.
